Design 3 evolved from the vision of the founding Directors, who identified the need for a complete, in-house Facade Engineering, design and documentation consultancy in Western Australia. There are many independent consultants out there in the market who offer their professional service and individual expertise to construction companies and sub-contractors. Design3 however are able to offer their clients a more comprehensive in-house complete package of services, which includes Design, Engineering, 3D modelling, clash detection, structural analysis, shop detailing and 3D point cloud verification.
