Design 3 evolved from the vision of the founding Directors, who identified the need for a complete, in-house Facade Engineering, design & detailing consultancy in Western Australia. There are many independent consultants out there in the market who offer their professional service & individual expertise to construction companies & sub-contractors. Design3 however are able to offer their clients a more comprehensive in-house complete package of services, which included Design, Engineering, 3D modelling, clash detection, structural analysis, shop detailing & 3D point cloud verification.

We have a team of highly skilled engineers and 3D modelling / drafting technicians who also share our vision, utilising the latest computer aided design & building information modelling software tools to maintain maximum efficiency throughout the workflows.
