Project Description
Perth Arena was successfully completed & opened on 10th November 2012. John Fenton (Director of Bimtech) was employed by the main contractor (BGC Construction) as the Façade Design Manager on the project.
Leading a team of 14 Drafting staff, we fully detailed and documented the highly complex bespoke 14,500 sqm façade system which was specifically designed for the Arena’s complex geometry and architectural appearance, the concept of which is based around the Eternity puzzle.
The Perth Arena was a challenge to say the least, but had a very successful outcome and is now one of Perth’s most Iconic buildings.
