Project Description
The Hilton Busselton development features a 110-room hotel with amenities including a bar, restaurant, top-floor function space, and additional facilities. Situated adjacent to the Busselton foreshore, this high-quality short-stay accommodation aims to enhance the city’s appeal as a tourist destination and create local employment opportunities that benefit the community.
The project’s design highlights two main façades: the Foreshore Parade façade (north) and the southern elevation facing Busselton City Centre. Both façades showcase modern design elements, prominently featuring the Alspec glazing suite. Leveraging detailed expertise with the Alspec suite, Design3 expertly managed the glazing documentation for the unitized curtain wall facade, window walls, and punch windows. The Alspec glazing system provides a sleek and contemporary appearance, seamlessly integrating the building with the aesthetic of the surrounding Busselton Foreshore.
