Project Description
Situated on the former Pavilion Markets site, One Subiaco comprises three distinctive towers rising 24 storeys high. These towers house a total of 236 apartments and access to resort-style communal amenities.
The One Subiaco development showcases unique curved ‘eye-lid’ shaped cladding made from Comtex over a RAB board, alongside striking Equitone cladding. Design3 collaborated closely with the Façade Engineer and Installer to accommodate building movements in the subframe, ensuring durability, weather resistance, and aesthetic integrity. Thorough documentation played a pivotal role in ensuring the accurate installation of intricate curves, thereby matching aesthetics and functionality.
