Design3 provided a comprehensive 3D model of the East Perth Concrete Plant site for asset management purposes and to facilitate Tendering for future site works. Recognizing the pivotal role of accurate documentation in project success, Design3 embarked on a comprehensive solution. This involved conducting a thorough 3D laser point cloud scan of the existing structure to capture precise details and dimensions, which were then meticulously converted into a highly usable 3D Revit model using the “Scan to BIM” methodology.
