The DoubleTree by Hilton Perth Waterfront is a luxurious 18-story hotel in Elizabeth Quay, offering 229 rooms, a rooftop infinity pool, and stunning panoramic views, exemplifying modern design and comfort.
Design3 contributed to the DoubleTree by Hilton Perth Waterfront project by providing specialized cladding and steel fabrication documentation. Our role focused on delivering detailed shop drawings for the feature ground floor canopy, which included comprehensive CAD drawings and 3D modelling to guide the precise fabrication and installation of steel canopy framing and bespoke cladding elements.
Through our work, Design3 played a crucial role in the construction documentation process, contributing to the high-quality finish and structural integrity of the hotel’s canopy. Our detailed drawings and specifications helped align the project with the design standards and aesthetic goals set for this prestigious waterfront development.
